I am writing to congratulate you on an excellent Mk VI Bentley exhaust that I have just had the pleasure to fit to Mr Hughes' car. I have been in the motor trade for twenty years and have fitted a wide range of exhausts on all manner of vehicles. I think that the quality and precision of your systems are the BEST I have seen and that includes genuine systems too.

Mr Hughes purchased a mild steel system from another company and requested that I fit it for him. To say that I was appalled at the state and quality was putting it mildly. It was returned as not fit to be seen on any car, let alone a Bentley. I have tried in the past to fit poor exhaust systems and spent many expensive hours cutting, re-aligning, re-bending and re-welding such systems. I had never seen one of your stainless exhausts but when it arrived it was immediately apparent to me that this was workmanship of the highest standard. When fitted, I road tested the car to check for the exhaust knocking or touching anywhere and it did not. I did not need to re-align anything - it was perfect!

The sound was right as well - not the usual stainless pipe ring and rasp. All the quality and only slightly more money than that useless mild steel system!  Very well done!

I've not long since got my Alvis TD21 back from the garage to which I took it for an MOT in July last year.

The stainless stell exhaust system which you supplied in September 2002 fitted perfectly and the mechanic was suitably impressed and I was delighted.

With reference to my telephone conversation with your goodself concerning the manufacture of a complete stainless steel system for my Rover 2000, you may recall that you faxed details of the required specification of the system via the garage in Hereford and my son delivered to you on my behalf the old system to ensure that an appopriate new system was produced.

Please accept my sincere thanks for the trouble taken on my behalf and I would like to advise you that the system is now fitted to the car and that we are as good as new. I hope the old car will last as long as the new system!
